WRAP-TECH® Vehicle Film Products
Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty is provided by Marklyn Group Inc., doing business as WRAP-TECH® (“WRAP-TECH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Warranty Coverage
WRAP-TECH® Vehicle Wrap Film and Paint Protection Film (“Product”) are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects in materials under normal automotive use and proper installation for the applicable warranty period:

Vehicle Wrap Film: Two (2) years from the original date of retail purchase

Paint Protection Film (PPF):
-
Three (3) years for standard consumer or non-professional installation
-
Five (5) years when installed by a verified professional installer

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products purchased within the United States and Canada from WRAP-TECH® or from authorized retailers, distributors, and approved online sales channels.
Proof of original purchase is required for all warranty claims.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Limited Warranty applies only to WRAP-TECH® Vehicle Wrap Film and Paint Protection Film intended for approved exterior automotive applications.
WRAP-TECH® Interior Wrap products are expressly excluded from this Limited Warranty and are not covered unless expressly stated in a separate written warranty issued by Marklyn Group Inc.
2. What Is Covered; Remedies
If a Product is determined, in WRAP-TECH®’s sole and reasonable discretion, to have a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, WRAP-TECH® will, at its option:

Replace the defective product; or
-
Provide a refund equal to the original purchase price
Manufacturing defects may include:
-
Premature adhesive failure not caused by improper installation
-
Premature delamination
-
Excessive shrinkage beyond normal material tolerances
-
Structural film failure under normal automotive conditions
-
Premature cracking, brittleness, or unintended discoloration not caused by external factors
-
Loss of optical clarity (PPF only) due to manufacturing defect
All warranty determinations will be made after review of submitted documentation and supporting evidence.
3. Installation Responsibility
WRAP-TECH® products are designed for professional or experienced DIY installation.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser or installer to:

Ensure proper surface preparation
-
Follow all installation instructions
-
Confirm compatibility of the application surface
-
Install the Product using appropriate tools and methods
WRAP-TECH® is not responsible for installation errors or any resulting damage.
4. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
-
Improper installation or application techniques
-
Improper surface preparation
-
Installation on incompatible or unsuitable surfaces, including but not limited to:
-
Unpainted, oxidized, failing, damaged, or unstable paint surfaces
-
Repainted surfaces that are not fully cured, stabilized, or suitable for film adhesion
-
Surfaces with clear coat failure, peeling paint, corrosion, rust, or oxidation
-
Plastic trim, rubber components, porous materials, low-energy plastics, or textured surfaces not intended for film application
-
Matte, satin, ceramic-coated, waxed, sealant-treated, or specialty-coated surfaces not approved for film adhesion
-
Previously wrapped or previously film-applied surfaces without proper film removal and surface preparation
-
Glass, plexiglass, acrylic, polycarbonate, or other non-intended substrates, except where a specific Product is expressly designed and marketed for such use
-
Interior trim, interior panels, dashboards, consoles, or any WRAP-TECH® Interior Wrap products
-
Marine, residential, architectural, commercial, recreational vehicle, or other non-automotive applications unless expressly approved in writing by Marklyn Group Inc.

Any surface not identified as compatible in WRAP-TECH® installation instructions or guidelines
-
-
Overstretching, overheating, or misuse during installation
-
Accidents, collisions, vandalism, road debris, or impact damage
-
Environmental exposure including extreme heat, UV exposure, salt, chemicals, contaminants, sap, bird droppings, industrial fallout, or other external conditions
-
Improper maintenance, harsh chemicals, pressure washing too closely, abrasive cleaning methods, or neglect
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Surface oxidation or underlying paint defects or failure
-
Improper storage prior to installation
-
Use outside intended automotive decorative or protective applications
-
Installation labor, removal costs, reinstallation costs, or related service charges
For Paint Protection Film (PPF): PPF is designed to provide protection but is not indestructible and will not prevent all damage, including rock chips, scratches, abrasions, or impact damage.
Film longevity may vary based on climate, installation quality, use conditions, and maintenance. Any stated longevity expectations are estimates only and do not constitute a warranty.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, the purchaser must visit the WRAP-TECH® warranty portal and provide:

Proof of original purchase

Clear, well-lit photographs of the affected area
-
A detailed description of the issue
-
Product identification, batch code, or UPC information, if available
-
Installer information, if professional installation is claimed for extended PPF coverage
Submissions will be reviewed and responded to within five (5) business days.
WRAP-TECH® reserves the right to request additional documentation, inspection access, or product samples to evaluate the claim.
Products must not be removed, altered, or discarded until the claim process is completed and a final determination has been made.
If a claim is approved, Marklyn Group Inc. (dba WRAP-TECH®) will provide written confirmation and instructions for resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
Approved warranty products may be returned to the original retail location only when accompanied by written authorization from Marklyn Group Inc. confirming warranty approval.
Where applicable, specific return shipping instructions will be provided to the customer at the time of claim approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Marklyn Group Inc. does not provide return shipping labels.
6. Authorized Seller Requirement
This Limited Warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from WRAP-TECH® or from authorized retailers, distributors, and approved online sales channels.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplaces, auction sites, liquidators, or private individuals are not eligible for warranty coverage.
WRAP-TECH® reserves the right to verify seller authorization prior to approving any claim.
7. Non-Transferability
This Limited Warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Coverage does not extend to subsequent vehicle owners or third parties.
Any resale, redistribution, or transfer of the Product voids this Limited Warranty.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WRAP-TECH®’s total liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
WRAP-TECH® shall not be liable for installation or removal costs, loss of use, or any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply.
9. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Except as expressly provided herein, WRAP-TECH® disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Where such warranties cannot be excluded, they are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
